When any damage, loss, or theft occurs after the item has shipped it is the responsibility of the buyer to fulfill all requirements necessary to file a claim. Should the buyer refuse to fulfill those requirements, the item will NOT BE REFUNDED, & it will be up to the customer to file a claim with the carrier.
