The print will be packaged in a cellophane sleeve & hard back envelope or A3 tube. For Digital versions you will be emailed in JPEG & PDF format. HOW TO PERSONALISE- All the different elements to personalise your print are available in the images, with a code to represent each style. Please enter the codes in the Personalisation Box above. Order example: Name - Hair - Jacket - Jodhpurs - Boots - Name of Horse - Horse back- Tail - (Please include children's ages, so that I can gauge size in comparison to the adults) Please complete this personalisation format for each person/horse PLEASE NOTE: Quotes & wording can be changed, please state if you would like alternative wording. Wings can be added to any image to represent a lost loved one, please just write wings next to their name in the personalisation box. A proof copy will be sent via Etsy messenger, for you to approve the final design before printing. Returns: Unfortunately, as this is a personalised item we won't be able to accept returns.
