Mum / Grandad / Mark etc) - we can ONLY change the name in the layout as shown - we CANNOT use custom messages / phrases, or add extra text. The decoration measures approx. 85mm x 85mm They are professionally cut in-house from 3mm Thick Birch Plywood & we print the design in full colour on to the front for a long lasting finish. All of our decorations come with a pre-tied 5mm wide Red Satin Ribbon so they arrive ready to hang. You can UPGRADE your decoration to include a Drawstring Red Velvet Gift Bag - just choose the '+ Bag' option when ordering. Production & Delivery Times We dispatch all orders the same working day via Royal Mail 1st Class Post if the order & details are received by 3pm (Monday - Friday only). First Class Post is NOT a tracked, guaranteed next day or 24 hour delivery service so PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 1 - 3 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY (longer close to Christmas) We cannot offer any express, tracked or guaranteed next day delivery services - we also can't add gift notes, or change any addresses once ordered Other Information Please check all spellings before sending as we don't spellcheck or offer proofs & use details EXACTLY as sent - this means that we cannot offer free replacements if you have made an error. We are unlikely to be able to make any changes once an order is placed, especially at busy times.
