- Description - Another new for 2022 Design to our store. This Personalised Autumn mug features an on-trend neutral coloured theme using my own illustrations. Designs are printed on both sides making these mugs perfect for both left & right-handed people. - Size - These mugs are roughly 9cm Tall & hold 10oz. - Care - I pride myself on using top quality products, using AAA quality mugs & printing with special inks. They are dishwasher safe, however I would recommend handwashing to preserve the life & quality of your item. - Shipping - UK orders - Your special mugs will be shipped out using smash proof card board boxes. I aim to ship within 1-3 days & offer a standard 2nd class delivery within the UK. If you do require an order more urgently you can pay to upgrade to 1st class or Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed delivery at the checkout. Our Postal Workers are currently working really hard to keep up with the demand on delivery services but please be aware that they are advising customers of possible delays to their usual timescales & in more extreme cases it could take up to 10 working days for your parcel to arrive.
