You will receive a personalised print of your pets nose with name. We will print onto A4 photo paper using the best quality pigment inks & post in a hard backed envelope. Available as: - Digital download PDF & PNG file (No Physical Items) - A4 print NO FRAME INCLUDED - Mug - Keyring - T-shirt For customers ordering a digital download only please use code DIGITALDOWNLOAD at checkout to remove the postage charge. If this code is used on a order that is not a digital download your order will be cancelled without notice. Other items are available from the drop down menu which we can add your print onto or a digital copy can be bought for you to print yourself. If you select one of these items on their own you will only receive that item not a A4 photo print as well. eg Mug ONLY option, you will receive a mug & nothing else. HOW TO ORDER -If you already have a physical print you will need to take a high quality photo of this on a white background, in bright, natural light. -If you do not have a physical print, not to worry. We will need a high quality, well lit photo of your pets nose. This will need to be taken directly in front, not at an angle to prevent the nose shape from being distorted on camera. (If you are using an old photo of your pet we can try our best to edit the photo to get the best result but we might not be able to get the quality as shown above in the photos) -Please add pets name in the personalisation box when ordering -Once order has been placed send us your photo via Etsy messages. If your photo is not suitable we can ask you to take another. If a high quality photo can not be taken we can refund your order. After receiving your order along with photo we will make the necessary edits & send you a proof for you to approve, so please keep an eye on your messages. If there is no response within 24 hours of proof design being sent out the proof design will be printed & posted. Colours may vary slightly on the final print due to differences in computer monitors. If printing yourself at home print colour & quality will depend on the printing machine, printing paper, ink, & many other factors.
