If you don't see exactly what you need please message us for a custom order. Size, color, shape, style & font can all be changed. For customized orders there are no refunds unless it is a mistake on our part. So, please ensure your information & spelling is correct when you send us your order. Each ornament is cut with a laser after it is ordered. If you have any questions, please message me & ask! Be sure to order early during the Holiday Season, as packages are sometimes delayed due to high volume. Also please note that USPS may also fail to scan packages between locations, so items may appear to be stalled for a week or longer, then suddenly arrive. We are not responsible for delays with USPS. All orders placed by the end of business on December 11th will be shipped in time for Christmas. However, orders placed after this deadline are not expected to arrive in time for Christmas. Refunds for delayed delivery will not be given. Please refer to expected timelines when placing orders.
