They are wrapped around heavy weight nylon webbing with high end welded Dee Rings & hardware. The collars are adjustable & contoured for your mutts comfort. If your dogs neck is larger than 24 please give me the exact size of the neck. I need this in order to make a collar to fit perfectly.
