For interior or exterior, this hedgehog pot can be used anywhere, although indoors it can shine in all its splendor. It has the same shape as our hedgehog bowl but with a size suitable for medium-sized plants; if these have some volume, they will make it look like if the hedgehog has hair. The exterior surface of the planter has a scratched texture to simulate the hedgehog's spikes, but avoiding any sharp element for a better manipulation of the piece. It's decorated in a coral colored wash & has funny ears & a pointed snout. The set is completed by our characteristic dreamy eyes. Its diameter is perfect to fit pots between 10 to 12 cm, or if you prefer, you can use without them. It's thinking as an indoor planter & it doesn't have a drainage hole so that the water doesn't spoil the surface where it is placed; the ideal is to put a small layer of stones or gravel in the bottom, to prevent the water from accumulating inside & your plants don't suffer because of its excess. Because of its size, this planter is ideal for plants such as cactus or succulents or for Tillandsias or air plants, or to make beautiful combinations with them. You can also use it as a bowl to store sweets or small treasures or for any other use, the hedgehog planter is great anywhere. This piece is made of white clay or earthenware, decorated with pigments & with a transparent glaze finish, suitable for food use. Approximate dimensions: 14 cm Diametre (5.51 in); 16 cm (6.30 in) wide, including ears; 16 cm (6.30 in) long, including muzzle & Height 9 cm (3.54 in) This planter is designed to be used without a plate on all surfaces so it has no drainage hole but if you prefer it, we can manufacture it with one or two holes, you just have to leave a note in your order & we'll model a hedgehog planter specially for you.
