Copper Silk Hive H20 Pendant Light Shade, Hive H20 Pendant Light Shade, Copper Hive H20 pendant light, We love testing new materials & finishes & have found this lovely copper silk material which is made from 100% biodegradable PLA & has an amazing shiny metallic surface to compliment any interior space with that added WOW factor. The inspiration for the Hive collection came from Bee hives what was unique about this particular project was we wanted to fuse nature & the bio materials we were using to create this lampshade & in doing so we also wanted to capture the honey comb structure found within bee hives using parametric forms we were able to accomplish this & transform the shape of the Hive & implement that into a lampshade, the unique transition from when the lights off to when the lights on gives the impression of the honey comb structure that is found within bee hives. Materials Our Designs are made with 100% biodegradable material perfect for bringing environmentally friendly eco products to your home. The lampshades are designed with special composites which are derived from Sugarcane, Cassava, Corn Starch & Sugar Beet which our lampshades are made from. The benefits are that our products are made from renewable resources & use less energy to produce with the addition of being compostable where it can break down into natural elements using commercial composting facilities, there is also the added benefit of reusing the material. These Lamp shades are printed & inspected then assembled by hand before it is shipped directly to you. Made to Order: 7-10 days Dimensions - W20cmxH20cm Light bulb: The Hive H20 Lamp shade is to be used with an energy-saving lightbulb or LED lightbulb only. We recommend a maximum of 14-20 Watts please bear this in mind when ordering.
