It's in really good condition overall, the silver shines up well still - light scuffs & scratches here & there commensurate with age but as shown all adding to the aged charm & character of the piece. It's of traditional form scoop form, beautifully decorated with a windmill design to the interior & the handle terminal shows a charming waterbird. Dutch marks to the reverse & import marks to the front for (London), .925 grade sterling silver (omega mark), 1927 & the importer Israel Segalov.
