On offer is this lovely collectible souvenir spoon. It's in really good condition overall, the white metal shines up well still all over - very faint traces of gilding are still present to the bowl too. There is an area of small chipping to the enameling (just below the final M in mausoleum) but as shown in the photos all adding to the aged charm & character of the piece. It's of traditional spoon form which has been beautifully decorated with an enameled handle terminal for Mausoleum Hamilton Palace - in South Lanarkshire Scotland. Hallmarked simply with Silver R.E - tests as 925 sterling, circa early 20th century. This souvenir spoon measures 11.5cm (4 & 1/2 inches) in length, weighs 12.6g including the enamel & is ready to be collected & enjoyed once again!
