Please note the following when ordering: - You are purchasing an Unframed Art Print. It will be printed on high quality HP Satin Photo Paper of a 230gsm thickness. - The unframed art print will be rolled in acid-free art cellophane & posted to you in a sturdy mailing tube. - As our prints are handmade just for you, we cannot offer refunds if you change your mind. - Please double check the mailing address you use when ordering, we can not offer refunds if you give us the wrong address & your order is posted back to us. - If you do not collect your package from the post office & it is sent back to us, we cannot refund you. - If your order is returned to us, you will need to pay redelivery to receive your order. We cannot offer refunds. - Please care for your print by framing it behind perspex or glass & do not hang it in areas that have direct sunlight or moisture. - If you require a different size, please contact us & we can alter the artwork before printing.
