In the 1970s the Nestl company promoted its worldwide market success with its Nescaf instant coffee by issuing these world map mugs (so many box tops mailed in earned you a mug). This is a very rare set of nine of those mugs, each in flawless condition. These sturdy (each nearly a pound in weight), low slung mugs (3 tall) mugs feature the northern hemisphere on one side, the southern hemisphere on the other. in a prescient design move, Arctic regions are absent.
