Mrirt rugs are knotted rugs in Haute Laine, the weaving is denser than all other Moroccan rugs. They are part of the Beni Ouarain family, 100% natural wool, are hand-knotted in the province of Khenifra in the middle of the Middle Atlas. Their wool is of very high quality, very soft & silky, densely knotted. The carpet is then washed for several weeks, in order to obtain an unprecedented softness!
