Hand painted & decoupaged indoor flower pot with a beautiful bird design. All of my items are hand decorated so no two items are the same. Due to the method of making decoupage items the surface may not be completely smooth. The item is waterproofed but I would advise placing the plastic pot with the plant into the decorated pot.
