A small display stand for showing three Waldof style ornaments & characters, handmade by ourselves from Scottish elm. This stand is compatible with our own tree ornaments or with the other common celebration ring ornaments (Waldorf etc). The natural trees shown in the photos are for demonstration only & not included in this listing, although they can be purchased from the Christmas & Celebrations section of our shop: https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/anyfink?section_id=20161201 This solid Scottish elm stand is made with 3 perfectly drilled holes in total, compatible with other celebration ring ornaments (18mm if required for checking). The stand has been made from a natural piece of Scottish elm & features some interesting grain, rich brown colouring & some sections of inner bark for character. On this item, several coats of natural oils have been applied to finish the wood & capture the wonderful colours, which will provide protection for years to come. A further coat of furniture oil or wax can be added at a later date if you so wish. The stand measures approx 19x6x3.5cm (7.5x2.25x1.5 inches). Unique item - only one produced - item 395 The underside of the stand is branded with our "anyfink, Made in Scotland" logo. We take great care with the our handmade production processes - everything is flat, square, parallel, perpendicular, & aligned when it should be (eg. each of the holes for our tealights is drilled perfectly square to precisely 16.7mm deep). The sanding & finishing is very comprehensive so everything is clean, flush, smooth, & pleasing to view or touch (take a close look at our photos & feedback to support this). This means that whilst our products retain their natural appearance, they are definitely not rough & ready "rustic" items.
