Stunning rare 1920s - 40s blue kimono with birds & flowers embroidered on front & back. Thin blue silky rayon satin with beautiful dense embroidery of flowers trails up the back, with two birds on the back. Flowers & trailing leaves down front. Kimono sleeves. Black border around edge. Unlined, no closures or belt. Really amazing piece. Perfect for the bedroom or to wear as a wrap or jacket. Could also be displayed as a decorative piece, it truly is lovely. Great vintage condition. Embroidery is in very good condition, a couple loose threads. Some wear to material, thinned areas. Some small holes which have been repaired & reinforced. A couple of marks. Shown in last pictures.
