Viola Tricolor (n) - a hybrid cultivated garden plant commonly known as pansy identified by its two overlapping upper petals, two side petals, & a single bottom petal with a slight beard. This print takes inspiration from antique botanical illustrations. Each pansy has been hand painted in watercolour before being digitally printed in the UK onto 150gsm recycled paper using eco-friendly inks. For a vintage book plate feel, the species of each sloth has been noted underneath in calligraphy. The perfect addition to an art collection or gallery wall, or great for adding a pop of colour to a room on its own. This art print is packaged with a thick cardboard backing board hand-stamped with the Also the Bison logo & is wrapped in a clear, compostable protective plastic film. Frame not included.
