This listing is for a lovely Mid Century Table Lamp. The body of the lamp is made of glass, which is a beautiful Ruby Red. Made by EF & EF Industries of Chicago, Illinois Probably from the 1960's It measures 23 inches from the bottom to the top of the socket. As pictured, with the shade, it is 40 1/2 inches tall The shade is 18 inches tall. The bottom Diameter of the shade is 16 inches The base is about 6 1/2 inches in diameter. The bottom base & the top parts are brass. The lamp is a 3 way. I assume the hole in the bottom of the base was meant to be able to light up the globe with a tiny 5 watt kind of bulb. But I dont have anything to light it up, but it sure would be fabulous. The lamp is in Very Good Vintage Condition. The shade is in Fair to Good Condition The shade, the drum shade appears to be original to the lamp, but I can not be certain, & the fabric is I dont know what that fabric is called, it has texture. The shade looks dusty. The ribbon that adorns the top & bottom is slightly ungravely at the seam, pls see the 8th photo If you want the lamp & NOT the shade, I totally understand, & I will take $40 off of the total price of the lamp. The final is a brass acorn. Just a little FYI, I almost always ship within 24 hours of purchase, but I say it might take 3-5 days, that is just in case there is a weekend involved, as I do not go to the post office on weekends. So if you make a purchase on a Friday , yes, it will be Monday before I ship it.
