Glass is textured using an original technique that I have developed over the past 25 years & then painted using high-quality colourfast acrylic paints & a mix of powder pigments, then sealed with a coat of hard varnish making it water resistant. My main inspiration for this vase is wintertime, made in a dominant blue colour combination. The design is highlighted with gold to create a further texture & to make the colours pop.
