Have nothing in your home that you don't know to be useful or believe to be beautiful William Morris c1890 Coalport Porcelain Breakfast Teacup & Saucer Set hand painted with mixed floral bouquets, moulded relief border. No trim. Coalport was founded by John Rose who had apprenticed to Thomas Turner of Caughley in Shropshire, Staffordshire. Not stamped but the pattern number 10 is hand painted which is attributed as being one of Coalport/John Rose designs. Considering the age, the duo is in great antique condition, except for a tiny nibble on the base of the teacup. Please study the photos carefully. The dimensions are 5 1/2 wide for the saucer, 3 wide & 2 1/2 tall for the coffee can.
