Etsy provides an estimated delivery date which takes into account our current dispatch time & estimated delivery time. We do only work Monday-Friday. For all shipping, I use Royal Mail. - UNITED KINGDOM - Most of my items have free UK second class shipping included & will ship in a board backed envelope. Royal Mail 2nd Class usually takes 2-3 working days to be delivered once dispatched, however, things can be delayed especially around peak seasons. I do offer a postage upgrade to 1st class which takes 1-2 working days for an extra 2. A UK order is considered lost after 10 working days have passed since it's dispatch. If you believe your item has been lost, please contact me through Etsy. - INTERNATIONAL - All my international orders are sent with Royal Mail international standard. I do offer an upgrade to tracked shipping. These usually take 3-5 working days to be delivered to Europe & 6-7 working days to be delivered worldwide, however, things can be delayed especially around peak seasons. An international order is considered lost after 25 working days have passed since the estimated arrival date. If you believe your item has been lost, please contact me through Etsy. -BULK ORDERS- I love working on wholesale orders! I do accept returns, just contact me within 7 days of delivery & return the item to me 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
