There are 2 versions of this beautiful rosewood dining table & this is the wider one at 165cm widening to 266cm. The rosewood has a lovely colour & grain to it & the design by Johannes Andersen (for Christian Linneberg) is both elegant & simplistic. Denmark has a long tradition of producing some of the most acclaimed furniture designers of the 20th century. Johannes Andersen is no exception his name is synonymous with mid-century modern design. The table at 165cm will comfortably seat 6 people & with the addition of the 2 extensions leaves (which are suspended snugly under the main leaf) will accommodate 10 people, so wonderful for both family celebrations or dining with friends. This dining table has been very well cared for with just a small mark at the edge of one of the extension leaves & a slightly darker oval mark on the other extension leaf (please zoom in on photos to see) so in a very good vintage condition.
