Ceramic crescent moon is 9 1/4 inches tall, & 8 inches wide. 1 star measures 3 1/4 inches, one star is about 3 inches & the small star is just 2 inches tall. This wall hanging looks sweet & cosmic anywhere & in any arrangement you want to hang it! Dark Wrought Iron glaze has a nice classy look that has a non-shiny finish, yet there is a slight metallic pewter-ish look at certain angles. It goes with art deco, industrial, country, atomic, farmhouse, classic or just about any decorative style. Let it inspire the cosmic dreamer in you! Handmade & cut from hand rolled (with a rolling pin) slabs of white low fire earthenware clay. spiral & texture motifs were pressed into the clay while it was still wet. Dried for about 10 days & then fired in Momma kiln. When cool it was glazed with several layers of glaze, & then fired again. Wire is strung through attached clay on back of each piece so moon & stars can hang in whatever arrangement you like on any wall, with nails for hanging included with your purchase. Wall space of at least 11x11 inches is required for hanging.
