This Stunning Bench was lovingly handmade from reclaimed Scaffold boards that were no longer wanted or needed for their original purpose. Our aim was simple, to give this timber a new lease of life & a new purpose as a bespoke Bench with the sturdy industrial style X leg design which is the perfect accompaniment to match the dining table. The boards are dowelled & bonded together & the legs are made from Box steel (4cm x 2cm) to form a solid yet beautiful Bench. The reclaimed timber is taken through various stage treatment & sanding processes to ensure a visually striking & smooth finish, whilst still showing the scars of its previous life which we feel add to the character of each individual item. The wood in these images is finished with a Dark Oak Danish Oil but we will be happy to colour to your choice, including Beeswax or varnish if you prefer something different please make your selection from the variation list, alternatively please feel free to contact us should you want something that isn't currently listed. This item is shipped flat pack & includes all leg fixings & no tools are requires to assemble as we use hand tightened wing nuts on the bolts.
