Feel free to email me ahead of time with any questions or concerns. Shipping Addresses Incorrect or return to sender? Make sure you have the correct shipping address. Many addresses come up as unverified by the USPS. If you message me before I create a label often I can correct the issue. Additional shipping cost may need to be factored in as the original shipping address may be closer or farther away. Once the item is shipped I have no control over it's destination at that point. It will be the buyers responsibility to pay additional shipping to the correct address as well as a $5.00 re-ship fee to repackage if the box integrity is damaged & needs to be repacked. Second option if the buyer doesn't want the item they will receive a refund of the purchase minus the cost of the original shipping & minus the cost of the return to sender should there be a fee associated with it. What if my shipment is lost, stolen or missing? Most packages ship Priority Mail with a tracking number provided in the email to the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to track the package & make sure they secure it within the expected arrival time. If the buyer is unable to be there to secure receipt of the package in person they should call the shipper to arrange for a hold. The buyer should contact the shipping company which is most often the US postal service to open an investigation on a lost stolen or missing package. Once the item is dropped off at the shipping facility I have no control over how fast it ships or whether it arrives at its destination.
