Adidas Essential Elite Station The Adidas Essential Elite Station is an adjustable versatile multi-function bench providing 3 levels of incline, flat and decline backrest positions. The bench is suitable for 5ft (152cm) and 6ft (183cm) bars and offers 3 position bar holders, as well as a thick padded seat and back support for added comfort. The Elite Station can be easily converted into a sit up bench and features leg curl and extension bar attachments and lat and preacher curl attachments with foam rollers providing support to your knees and ankles. It is extremely compact being only 21cm (8.3”) deep when folded and can be used for exercises such as butterfly press, bench press, chest press, chest and shoulder fly, leg extension, back leg curl, leg raise, military press, pushdown, triceps extension and preacher curl.
