ESPA No Rinse Hand Cleanser also contains 60% alcohol content. Health experts including NHS, Public Health England and World Health Organisation all agree that to be effective an alcohol-based cleanser needs at least 60% alcohol content. To use: Dispense onto hand and spread over palms, backs of hands and fingers. Rub hands together until completely dry.
