This beautiful, simple project is ideal for beginners or experienced knitters ready for a mindful make. It has been designed by Nicola Valiji, and if you haven’t made a temperature blanket before, it’s the perfect place to start!
The Knitted Temperature Blanket Pack contains the 18 balls of Emu Classic DK yarn you need to complete the blanket, plus a printed copy of the pattern.
These are the 100g balls of Emu Classic DK yarn (282m/100% acrylic) that are included:

You will also need: a set of 4mm (UK 8) Knitting Needles and a 4mm (UK 8) Circular Knitting Needle for the border (80-100cm length to accommodate the large number of stitches).
The completed blanket measures approximately 97cm x 190cm.
Please note: Each colour above has been assigned to a temperature range; this version should work well for anywhere within the UK using degrees Celsius. It has been split so that you should end up with a similar number of rows in each colour. If you live in a different climate, you will need to adjust the range accordingly.
