This Elstead Windsor 3 light semi flush/pendant ceiling light is finished in gold patina and comes complete with cut glass crystal "jewels" helping to give impression of the light being designed around the majestic crown.ï¾ Inspired by English heritage, there are also shades which can be purchased (sold separately) to give an extra aire of elegance. This light can be converted between being a pendant and being a semi flush ceiling light depending on the users requirements.
