Description
Brand from Japan: Elizabeth. An eyeliner pencil with a smooth feel and good coloring. It is also resistant to sweat, water and sebum, and it does not easily smudge. How to use: Draw a line along the lash line to fill the space between the lashes. Draw the outer corner of the eye so that it protrudes 2 to 3 mm from the width of the eye and pops up. When blurring, use your finger or a cotton swab to blur the lines before they come into close contact with each other. When removing it, use a waterproof eye makeup remover or an oil-based cleansing agent.
