Bridge zones Elica's bridge zones can work individually or be combined when using baking pans and large pots. With this advanced technology, the hob surface adapts itself to suit your cookware. Pan detection The NikolaTesla automatically detects any pots that are placed in the cooking zone and provides quick, even heat. The absence of your cookware on the surface blocks the heating process, making the hob perfectly safe and energy efficient. Temperature manager Equipped with a choice of 3 programs at temperatures of 42, 74 and 92°C, this smart hob uses optimum settings for all kinds of cooking methods, from warming at low temperatures to boiling. Stop and Go The Stop and Go feature lets you switch the hob off, and then quickly resume working at the same temperature.
