Gabbeh - tradition to feel good. Quality, wonderful natural tones and a dense, high pile characterize the Gabbeh. Firmly twisted virgin wool gives the rug a light shine and liveliness, making it soft, cuddly and extremely hard-wearing. They look timeless and can be combined in many ways. Gabbehs originally come from Iran, where they are knotted by nomads. Finer knots are known as loribaft. Knots from India that skilfully reproduce the classic Gabbeh motifs are also common.
