Resizing your ring: If you have received a ring which doesn't fit, you can take it to your nearest John Lewis store where your finger will be measured. The store will arrange the alteration of the ring free of charge for up to 3 sizes larger or smaller. Once the resizing is done, you can collect your ring from the same branch. Please note that resized rings are not eligible for return.
