Remember the Roswell Rayguns? In the early '00s, Nike Basketball created a fake basketball team for some fun TV spots. Recreating the rollicking '70s era of basketball, the retro ads starred some of Nike's biggest names at the time and became a sensation. The Nike Dri-FIT Premium Rayguns Shorts use appliqués with sequins inspired by some of the funky costumes from the adverts. Premium Rayguns Style We went all out on these shorts with high-end trims inspired by the adverts, including a 2-colour "RAYGUNS" print and glossy side panels cut and sewn into the body. Star and Swoosh design appliqués are stitched down and embellished with sparkly sequins.
