Parka - 4.5% Pale Ale. Multi-award-winning Pale Ale, a light, refreshing and citrussy, Parka is a crowd-pleasing, easy-drinking pale ale and the brand's flagship pale ale. Naturally hazy, Parka showcases some of their favourite hops from the Yakima Valley in the US, gentle bitterness from Cascade and Centennial meet bright, juicy citrus fruit notes from Citra on the dry hop. The house yeast and malt profile make this a smooth easy drinker, best served straight from the fridge. Ding - 4.9% Keller Lager. Inspired by traditional Bavarian lagers but lagered for over 7 weeks, with floral, honey and bready notes. A classic Bavarian style naturally hazy lager, using German hops Hallertau Mittelfruh and Perle, coupled with both British and Munich malts. The aroma is lightly floral, with a touch of grass and spice. Light honey and bready notes from the malt, with the yeast giving it a classic crisp dry finish, a Reading tribute to the brand's favourite Bavarian lagers. Named after its home, Reading's, local nickname: The Ding! Whippet - 5% American Porter. 14 different grains come together in this layered, complex and roasty dark beer. An American Porter has a slightly stronger hop profile compared to a traditional London Porter, as well as a greater depth of grist. The complexity of flavours in Whippet gives layered notes of chocolate and biscuit, all with a rich roasty aroma. Featuring the Head Brewer's much-loved whippet, Myrtle, on the can. Rivers 3.4% Session IPA. All the flavours of an IPA but at a lower ABV, with gentle bitterness from a dry hop from Simcoe and Mosaic. With this little India Pale Ale or IPA, the brand wanted to create something that was packed full of flavour, at a lower strength ABV, with a gentle bitterness keeping it refreshing and sessionable, hence, a Session IPA. Dry hopped to bring a fruit bowl of peach, passionfruit, zesty citrus and berries from the Simcoe Cryo and Mosaic hops.
