Strips of nappa leather are cut by hand to create a vented pattern, resulting in a unique and ethereal look. It's printed with one of the season's signature patterns inspired by designs traditional to Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and cultures throughout Asia. The interwoven global history of ikat techniques – from as early as the 10th century – holds cherished historical symbolism and varied origins across cultures in the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Latin America.
