These Derwent Inktense Pencils are an excellent watercolour pencil. You can use them dry but when mix them with water the colour turns into vibrant ink. Once itÂ’s dry the colour is fixed and you can work over the top of it, and, because of its permanent feature itÂ’s great for using on fabric such as silk and cotton. Derwent Inktense Pencils are artists and designers. There is very little bleeding meaning colours can be positioned next to each other.
