Description
The Denby Set of 2 Roasting Trays have an excellent Quan Tanium® non-stick coating. Made with Carbon Steel they are durable, easy to use and clean. Includes- 1 x 35cm Roasting Tray, 1 x 28cm Roasting Tray. Not suitable for microwaves or use on hobs. Freezer safe. Oven safe up to 250 °C/Gas Mark 9. Suitable for use under the grill for short periods. Use silicone, heat- resistant plastic or wooden utensil as metal may scratch the non stick surface. Always use an oven glove or mitt when handling as surfaces will get hot. Dishwasher safe, or hand wash with detergent and a brush or nylon pad. Do not use steel wool or metal pads. Care is to be taken with cooking meat products at high heats to avoid over caramelisation and sticking to the pan. As all items are non-stick we recommend the use of wood, plastic or nylon utensils. All items have been tested to British Standards.
