Upholstered in a durable damask fabric, the mattress benefits from a hand tufted finish thats designed to ensure the fillings stay firmly in place. The open coil springs are laid out in rows, running from head to toe and connected on both sides into one single unit by a spiral wire, known as a helical wire. To offer enhanced strength and support to the finished unit, a heavy gauge outer rod-edge wire is fitted around the top and bottom of the perimeter springs.
