Made in a family owned factory in a small town in the Brescian mountains in Italy. Dear Denier's range of Mei soft socks, are buttery soft and add shine to any outfit. Made using LENZINGâ„¢ Viscose fibres. Features include:Made with 180 needles fine gauge.Reinforced heel and toe.Comfortable elasticated cuff.Fine handmade toe linking. Dear Denier's mission is to overcome the environmental challenges of traditional hosiery production, and make the most sustainable products possible without compromising on the quality. Dear Denier only use recycled nylon, recycled elastane and sustainable materials. As well as using renewable energy, their factories have zero-waste production and effective management of water and energy consumption. They use no heavy metals or dangerous chemicals in the dyeing process- cleaning polluting elements from the air and water and reusing the water. All packaging is 100% recycled and recyclable. Although Dear Denier production is C02 neutral there are uncontrollable emissions during the supply chain, due to this they have chosen to collaborate with 'Chooose', which invests in projects that minimise CO2 emissions significantly on the planet. Each product sold off-sets 200 grams of CO2. This is more than enough to ensure the brand is more than carbon neutral. Materials: 58% Lenzing Viscose®, 31% polyamide, 10% polyester, 1% elastane.
