These crispy strawberry slices are unbelievably versatile. They add glamour to a cheeseboard and pair beautifully with soft cheese and goats' cheese. We sometimes use them to garnish a glass or Prosecco or an Amaretto sour, or to add crunch to porridge, rice pudding or granola. You can even use them to decorate cakes, cupcakes, pavlova, chocolate mousse or a posset. They are also wonderful to snack on straight from the bag, safe in the knowledge that there's only 25-40 calories per portion. Annie Babayan began capturing the Californian sunshine by finely slicing ripe fruits grown in her garden and dehydrating them at the kitchen table.
