Description
With our cold smoke generator Duo in size L you smoke even longer in one piece! You can cold smoke for up to 48 hours with only approx. 500 g of smoking flour. Due to the 8 smoking chambers and the special design, there is no smouldering fire when there is sufficient air supply, but rather an even glowing of the smoking flour. This results in continuous smoke production, which makes our product so unique. Also thanks to the perforated design, there is no condensation on this product and therefore no damp smoking meal. This in turn ensures consistently good and continuous smoke behaviour. In the production of our cold smoke generator Duo L we pay special attention to high-quality materials such as stainless steel. It does not rust, is therefore sustainable and can be easily cleaned with a wire brush. Our cold smoke generator Duo in size L is very versatile. You can use it in a barbecue trolley, in a smoker, in a gas barbecue, in a charcoal barbecue or in an electric barbecue, it even fits into a smoker without any problems - try it out yourself!
