Perfect for increasing your night-time visibility for you and your guests, it also works as a deterrent to potential intruders. This security light has no overheads or running costs, instead taking its power from the solar panel on the top of the unit and recharging throughout the day. It is encased in a weather-resistant casing so it’s functional in all weather conditions, great for dark, wet nights. This light comes fitted with a motion sensor that will automatically light up whenever you're within nine meters of it because of PIR (infrared) movement detection. The LEDs have an eight-hour working time after a full charge. Three lighting modes: Mode 1: Will automatically illuminate when motion is detected after darkness. Mode 2: Will automatically illuminate with a bright light when darkness falls, will then switch to a brighter light when motion is detected. Mode 3: Will automatically illuminate with a dim light when darkness falls and will stay on for 4-6 hours if fully charged. Note: The solar panel must be placed in a well-lit location for maximum sunlight absorption. Anything that shades the panel will affect the brightness and lighting duration. At least six hours of sunlight is required for the lights to illuminate. Remember! During winter months charging time will be affected due to the limited daylight hours.
