Description
The butterfly house with six approach stations is specially designed for the needs of colorful beneficial insects. It offers shelter for a variety of popular native butterflies, such as Apollo butterfly, brimstone butterfly, painted lady, peacock butterfly, admiral and swallowtail. In order to create optimal nesting conditions, the nesting box should be filled with small, natural materials such as wood wool or bark mulch. For this purpose, there is an opening flap on the side, which also allows you to clean the interior after the breeding season. The robust insect hotel has a body made of natural pine wood (Pinus sylvestris, main type of wood) and a base, as well as a roof made of solid beech wood (Fagus sylvatica). With the drill hole in the back wall, the nesting aid can also be hung anywhere in the garden, on the terrace and on the balcony.
