With a plethora of comfortable and safe features, this rearward-facing infant carrier is perfect to keep your little one protected from birth to around 15 months.Featuring a new removable newborn insert the Aton 5 ensures that small babies can lie flat with their head, neck and chest perfectly aligned, therefore the risk of their head falling forward and potential suffocation is significantly reduced. The extra-wide Y-harness system offers greater comfort to smaller babies, making it ideal for premature babies and newborns.In the event of an accident, the L.S.P System distributes the impact to the flexible material and structure of the car seat, which absorbs the force and channels it away from your child.Comfort comes as standard for your little one when they're in the Aton 5. An 8-position height-adjustable headrest keeps their head protected as they grow, and a fold-away XXL sun canopy throws shade over your child as well as providing UPF50+ protection from the sun s harmful rays. The covers are easy to remove and machine washable at 30°c for your convenience.Fitting the Aton 5 into your vehicle is also simple: it can go in any car because it uses the vehicle's 3-point seatbelt with clear belt guides to ensure a secure fit. For an easier and quicker installation, you can use the Aton 5 with the Cybex ISOFIX base (sold separately).
