Description
This striking wine cabinet is constructed from an oak cask recycled from the Scotch whisky industry. The exterior of the oak cask has been planed to reveal the beautiful oak surface & grain, & the hoops also cleaned back to the bare metal & painted gloss black. The 2 doors, which are held closed by a single black cabin hook, open to give easy access to 4 internal shelves & a wine glass rack, all made from recycled wood. The wine glass rack can accommodate up to 8 glasses & the internal shelves can hold up to 8 bottles of wine. The cabinet includes internal LED lighting to optimise the display of the bottles & glasses. The cabinet is constructed from a vertical half of a cask, & has a flat back that sits easily against a wall to minimise the space required. The wood has been finished with a dark oak stain / wax, & the hoops have been painted gloss black. As this item weighs ~27kg unpacked, price is shown for personal delivery within approx 150 miles of Glasgow (at my discretion).
