Description

The roaster has a layer of copper, a layer of aluminium and a layer of stainless steel, fused together to form a tri-ply composite. The roaster is then stamped into shape. It's designed to be loved and to last. Worth knowing: Due to the natural oxidisation process, copper becomes tarnished over time. It can be cleaned by using a copper cleaner or a mixture of lemon juice, salt and vinegar which can be applied directly to the copper surface.
