This organic shaped night light works marvelously for this purpose when you place it above your bedside table. The bulb is hidden inside so it won't tire your eyes while you are comfortably reading or using the laptop in a bed. This very lightweight bedside lamp is carefully crafted from pulped newspapers & you can enjoy it in 4 colours. If you want even more commodity while using the lamp & don't have to stand up to switch it off there is an option to include a longer cord & a switch which will be easily reachable (just let me know about it!). Material Meets the requirements of even the most fearless ecologists. Dorm room lamp is made of pulped newspapers, water based, cellulosic glue & natural earth pigments. All these components, as well as the process of lamp formation, are environmentally friendly & ecological. Paper mache lamp is very lightweight, durable & also compostable. Dimensions Lampshade: - 16cm height / 6,2 inch - 16,5cm diameter / 6,5 inch Cotton White textile cord: - 1m/ 39 inch Bulbs Let it shine only with LED bulbs up to 10W (the bulb is not included) with E27 ending. Installation Lamp comes with a bulb holder, cord & canopy made also from paper pulp (has the same colour as the lamp). All you need to do is to mount it on the ceiling.
