Another timeless design from the space-age era. Dutch company Herda introduced this lamp towards the end of the1960's.It has a large round lampshade made of acrylic, which shows some discoloration after all these years. This does not diminish the lamp in any way, as it gives the lighting a softer hue. The round lamp shade rests in a chrome wireframe base that consists of two hoops. It is very much in style with a famous design like the Raak Saturnus lamp. It is a stylish table lamp, but you can just as well put it in a corner om the floor. The lamp is in great condition. The chrome on the wireframe base shows some wear, see picture 8. Inside the acrylic ball is one regular E27 light bulb, 60W max or energy-efficient LED. Wiring fit for both 110V & 220V grid, EU-spec plug. When shipped, it will be wrapped thoroughly to prevent any damage. I will use insured shipment only.
